About Endure-Fight-Live, Inc.
Endure-Fight-Live, Inc. was formed in memory of Zoe Bachman by her family in hopes of paying forward the gratitude received during Zoe’s illness and death. Zoe was born on Dec. 19, 2003 and was diagnosed with Niemann-Pick Disease Type A/B at 11 months. She received a stem cell transplant at the age of two in hopes of saving her life. The transplant worked but the disease had already taken a strong hold on her little lungs. Zoe Ann Bachman earned her angel wings on June 9, 2006.
The National Niemann-Pick Disease Foundation is the beneficiary of Zoe’s Pumpkin Run. The NNPDF was established in 1992. It has grown to become an international, voluntary, non-profit organization comprised of parents, relatives, and friends committed to finding a cure for all types of Niemann-Pick Disease. The NNPDF promotes research in the causes of NPD, provides information to assist in the correct medical diagnosis and referrals of children with NPD, facilities genetic counseling for parents who are known NPD carriers. The vision of the NNPDF is that individuals affected by NPD will have the same chance as their siblings and peers to run and play, to hope and achieve, and to live out their dreams.
